Deciding not to support a person or corporation you find objectionable is nothing new, but recently, this practice has made headlines and been rebranded as "cancel culture." This may be attributed to the #MeToo movement and political divisiveness prevalent in the United States at this time. Whatever the reason, we now see major figures suddenly being "canceled" for their actions.
