Seasons and You
Many places in the world have four seasons: winter, spring, summer, and autumn. Young readers may have a sense of what happens during these seasons—Christmas, gardening, pool parties, and Halloween for example—but not what really distinguishes one season from another. This set introduces the weather of each season as well as what we wear, and how it affects the plants and animals in our world. Full-color photographs complement the simple science information included in the at-level main text.
