Transportation Infrastructure

This title directly supports the National Federation of State High School Associations -- Speech, Debate, and Theatre Association 2012-2013 Policy Debate Topic. It addresses various aspects of transportation infrastructure within the US including: whether and how to fund mass transit, including high speed rail; how the recession impacts infrastructure projects; and whether infrastructure in the US is in disrepair and how best to address any necessary repairs.
